Excel 2007 Courses

We offer both the basic and advance Excel 2007 courses, which can be purchased online and worked through at your own time. The basic Excel 2007 courses are ideal for anyone who wants to master the new interface of Excel 2007, is new to Excel or simply wants to complete an Excel refresher course.

In our Excel 2007 basic series you will learn skills ranging from entering cell data and formatting cells and worksheets to adding comments, creating charts, and completing basic calculations. The main focus is on the new Ribbon interface of the program.

One of the best Excel 2007 courses to start with, will be the Getting Started Course of two hours. It will teach you the basics of Excel; help you to find your place in the program, how to use the new Ribbon, formulas, and status bars, as well as how to navigate through the worksheet and adding or renaming worksheets.

The next course in the series is about three hours long and known as the Creating a Worksheet course. It teaches you how to enter data as text, enter cell values, and how to enter formulas in cells. You will also learn how to correct errors, use the various auto functions such as AutoComplete, AutoFill, and AutoSum in addition to teaching the basics of editing cells and using the SUM function.

The Formatting Data course is about one hour long and focuses on the selection of cells and formatting the layout, size, and data of a cell. Another one of the short Excel 2007 courses is the Editing and Printing Worksheets course which teaches the various worksheet views, editing and formula tools, and how to use hide, insert, and delete as well as how to print and do page lay-out.
