Excel 2007 Graphs Data Point
We have shown
previously that if you click on a data series, the entire data
series is highlighted and if you right click on it, you can format
the data series. It is
useful to know that if
you want to only format one of the points in that data series, you
can do that as well. I have clicked on it once and you’ll see we
have highlighted the entire series, if we click on it again, only
that data point is highlighted, if I right click, you’ll see it
now says Format Data Point. We can now format just that data point.
So, if for whatever reason we decide that that data point must have
a gradient fill, you’ll see the rest of the series remains the
same, only that point changes. And
you can do it with all the various items that exist. We are going to
go back to Automatic
