IF
The IF function allows you to perform alternate actions depending
on certain criteria.Excel Help File Description: Returns one
value if a condition you specify evaluates to TRUE and another value
if it evaluates to FALSE. Use IF to conduct conditional tests on
values and formulas.

AND & OR
These functions allow you to check multiple criteria that they either
all meet the criteria (AND) or at least some of them do (OR).Excel Help File Description:
AND- Returns TRUE if all its arguments are TRUE; returns FALSE if one
or more argument is FALSE. OR- Returns TRUE if any argument is TRUE;
returns FALSE if all arguments are FALSE.
