Basic overview of the course contents

Working in an office environment where information sharing is essential the risk of someone changing data in a shared spreadsheet is ever present. You will learn how to protect data and thus ensure integrity of the spreadsheet. Naming of cells and ranges will also form part of the first day while the various formats and how to create your own will be explained. You will get the chance to create conditional formats. In addition Logical Tests will be treated as well as SUMIF and COUNTIF.

The database functions will no longer pose obstacles as you will learn how to use the auto filter, extraction, do sorting, and creating sub-totals. DFUNCTIONS will form part of the content and as closing to the first day you will work with PIVOT Table Reports.
