Easily locate what you are searching for by locating cells which meet specific criteria or locate hidden cells within a spreadsheet.
Find specific cells
To locate specific cells make use of the GO TO function. Specify the cells which hold the formulas or particular data entries. You can also select only cells which meet the specific conditions. If you want to search through the whole worksheet, simply click on any cell. If you want to search only through a specified range, you need to select range.
Selecting a cell or range to search through
To select a cell, move with the arrow keys to the cell. To select a range, click on the first cell in the range. Hold the mouse key in and drag until you have highlighted all the cells in the range. As an alternative, simply hold down the Shift key while you use the arrow keys to make the selection. If the range is large, click in the first cell and use the Shift key while you navigate to the last cell and click in it. All the cells will be selected. If you want the entire worksheet, use the Select All feature.
