This will be especially useful for professionals who need to earn points or hours that can be verified as training for the year e.g. (CA) SA (Chartered Accountants), CIMA, Doctors etc. It can also be used by people who want to improve their excel skills and include proof of this training on their CV's.

The Data Autofilter allows you to investigate large quantities of information and filter out unnecessary rows.

Cleaning up data with the Data Autofilter (7 min)

The filtering capabilities of the Data Autofilter means that it is an ideal tool to perform data cleanup operations. After you have identified to rows that require clean up you can change the contents or even delete the rows.

Section 8: Paste Special (CPD= 30 minutes)

Paste Special (11 minutes)

The Paste Special command has a number of useful tools built into it. Most people understand pasting the values only but this tool allows you to transpose (columns to rows and vica versa), multiply, add, skip blanks and paste links.
