Frequently Asked Questions

How can we contact you?

Please send a mail to info@AuditExcel.co.za or else visit the contact page for all our details.

What are all the Skill Assessment Numbers on the web site e.g. >3.5, 5 etc?

We have developed an Excel Aptitude test which helps us understand our clients skill levels and makes sure we offer the correct level of training. We have made this freely available to residents of Africa countries so that visitors to our site can assess there own skill and then compare their skill score to the material and products we offer.

Why can’t I see the video tutorials?

Our video clips are hosted on YouTube. If you can watch YouTube from your computer you should be able to watch the video clip. However, your network may block YouTube videos.

Do you offer on site/ in house training course?

Yes. Although we offer monthly public courses in South Africa, it is possible to run the courses, or customised courses at your premises anywhere in South Africa or Africa for that matter. Send a mail to adrian@AuditExcel.co.za for more details

Can you customise a course to suit our business needs?

Yes. We often assess the clients needs both from a skill level and from what the delegates do with Excel in their daily lives. We can even customise the excel training examples to use your own spreadsheets.

What guarantees do you offer?

We offer a number of training guarantees. There is a money back guarantee if you felt you didn’t learn enough. We also guarantee our public course dates. The course will run even if you are the only delegate.

How are you different from other Excel training providers

We promise that we know more then you about Excel and can answer any question you have. The courses we offer are practical and not simply a navigation of what is inside Microsoft Excel. All presenters are CA’s and can help with finance related issues.
