Terms and conditions
1. Miricle Solutions via
www.AuditExcel.co.za
provides
products (software and training material) to end user clients only.
Organisations wishing to use the products on their intranets or for
the benefit of their employees are requested to deal directly with
Miricle Solutions.
2. All sales are final. Free training material is
provided on the basis that it is viewed on this website and not
downloaded for off-line viewing.
3. The sales price will include the price of the
product plus any applicable VAT (in effect on the download date).
Miricle Solutions reserves the right to change the prices for products
offered on www.AuditExcel.co.za
at any time, and does not provide price protection or refunds in the
event of a price drop, promotional offerings, or exchange rate
fluctuations.
4. Your use of the training material and software
downloaded from or purchased from Miricle Solutions directly or via
www.AuditExcel.co.za
(the “Products”) is conditional upon your prior acceptance of the
terms of this agreement.
5. Miricle Solutions cc, its partners, employees
and agents will not be liable to any party for any consequential,
punitive or any other loss or damages as a result of any direct or
indirect use of products available on
www.AuditExcel.co.za .
6. You shall be authorised to use the products only
for personal, non-commercial use, and not for redistribution,
transfer, assignment or sub licence, to the extent permitted by law.
7. You agree that you will not attempt to, or
encourage or assist any other person to circumvent or modify any of
these usage rules, or interfere with, remove or alter any rights
management information on the Products.
8. The delivery of a Product does not transfer to
you any commercial or promotional use rights in the Product.
9. Miricle Solutions reserves the right to change
the terms and conditions of sale at any time. Revised Terms of Sale
will be made available on our website. Clients are encouraged to
review the Terms of Sale on a periodic basis for modifications.
10. All sales by Miricle Solutions, either directly
or via www.AuditExcel.co.za , are governed by South African law.
11. If any of the terms in these terms and
conditions are not valid or legally enforceable, the other terms will
not be affected.
