How to link Excel to Word so that when changes are made in the Excel file, the word document is updated.
This video clip shows you how to link Excel to word document in such a way that when you change the Excel file, it easily updates the Word document with the new numbers and text without losing the formatting. The areas we cover are the copy and paste special features as well as the update links in Word with some warnings on the issues you may encounter. We are also able to provide a robust solution for where you have hundreds of links and need to have the file update quicker than what Excel and Word currently do with the Link feature or the Mail Merge feature.
