In Excel 2010 there is another great way to access files that you use frequently. Previously we mentioned how you can ‘pin’ your popular files. In the Recent tab (File/ Recent), look at the very bottom.
If you click on the ‘Quickly Access this number of recent files’ you will see that the files that you have ‘pinned’ suddenly appear under the file tab. Much easier if you really do use certain Excel files regularly.
