When using Pivot Tables you may have a situation where you pull through numbers into the rows or columns i.e. changing number labels in Pivot Tables.
For example you have a 5%, 10% and 15% discount rate based on volumes sold and the Pivot Table may look like this.
Although you can understand what the percentages mean in the labels, it would be better to see the criteria that result in the percentage e.g. <10 000 units is only 5% e.g.
You can achieve this by simply clicking on the 5% in the label and typing what you want to see. The Pivot Table will remember that you always want the 5% to show <10 000 units and so on.
