If you use Conditional Formatting you will have come across the problem where edit using the arrows keys does not work in Conditional Formatting. You want to be able to move around within the formula but for some reason the Conditional Format moves around the spreadsheet (and changes the formula)

So below if you create this Conditional Format new rule, and wanted to click in the edit box and use the arrows keys to delete the $ signs, you end up adding new cell references.
There is a quick fix.
- Click in the edit box
- Push your F2 key
- Now you can use your arrow keys to move along inside the edit box and make the changes you need.
