Excel 2011 for Apple is similar to the more common versions of Excel on PC’s but there are some differences and questions that typically arise in the training courses. One is where is the Excel 2011 pivot table double click.

If you double click on a Pivot Table in Excel on a PC, it creates a new sheet and itemises all the data that makes up the cell you clicked on. However there is no double click equivalent in Excel 2011. To do this you need to right click (2 finger click) on a cell in the pivot table and click the ‘Show Details option’.
