Using two monitors with Excel spreadsheets

One of the annoying things about the current versions of Excel is the tricks you need to play to be able to view 2 spreadsheets on 2 different monitors.

At the moment, the only way is to open 2 instances of Excel and open each spreadsheet in a version. This works but then it is not possible to copy and paste cells between them.

It seems this is being addressed for Excel 2013. It will act like Word 2010 where each document is its own window and you will be able to drag just that document to the 2nd monitor.
