Etolls calculator
The Etolls calculator allows you to interrogate the toll transactions from your SANRAL csv download for errors and enables you to allocate the toll transactions to either work or non work for the purposes of expense claims, or just as a check that all the tolls are correct and due by you.
Key features include:
- Checks if your statement includes charges for the wrong vehicle licence number, tag ID or TA Class.
- Checks for toll charges outside of your normal travel days
- Checks for toll charges outside your normal travel times
- Checks for toll charges on days when you know you weren’t using the toll roads e.g. on leave, public holidays etc
- Checks for toll charges at gantries that you don’t expect to use.
