As shown below, the page you arrive on has some instructions (1) and then all the groups (2). To choose a group, just click on it. 
When you click on one of the groups, the following will appear.
All actual results will already be recorded and you cannot change these. You can make your predictions in the blue cells (2). As you make your changes the group standings table (3) will change and you can try out the impact of various results on the group standings.
If you want to clear your inputs, you can click the Reset button (4).
