Chart data point
We have shown previously that if you click on a data series, the entire data series is highlighted and if you right click on it, you can format the data series. It is useful to know that if you want to only format one of the points in that data series, you can do that as well. I have clicked on it once and you’ll see we have highlighted the entire series, if we click on it again, only that data point is highlighted, if I right click, you’ll see it now says Format Data Point. We can now format just that data point. So, if for whatever reason we decide that that data point must have a gradient fill, you’ll see the rest of the series remains the same, only that point changes.
